Job Description

The AOS Analyst assists in the coordination of the Army OneSource (AOS) program across the three Army components – Active Duty Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve. AOS is the primary strategy Army Family Programs will use to deliver programs and services to all service members and their Families and recognizes the diverse needs of Active, Guard and Reserve Soldiers and their Families based on where they reside. Specifically, you will be required to support the AOS Project Officer in developing training programs and products in support of Army Family Programs. Additionally, will be required to conduct training and evaluate/assess completed training sessions. Your major responsibility will be to develop, deliver, edit, and update all training materials and products for AOS staff personnel targeted at various skill levels using various methods of technology within guidelines for training sessions. The AOS Analyst will support the efforts of the AOS Senior Analysts and Events Team members. The AOS Analyst will be required to perform a survey assessment using the Likert scale of scoring for accurate comprehensive tracking of AOS training results. The AOS Analyst will also conduct a review and analysis of each completed training session to assess trends, issues, and lessons learned. The AOS Analyst will continually evaluate feedback and document lessons learned and incorporate into the training as appropriate and approved by the Government. The AOS Analyst will assist the Senior Lead Analyst in any projects or presentations necessary to help the contract. The AOS Analyst will need to be technologically capable to assist with PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and Database Management. In support of the AOS Senior Lead Analyst, the AOS Analyst is required to create presentations, assist with editing documents, technical writing, reviewing policy and procedure, and updating current policies to reflect AOS implementation. The AOS Analyst must be proficient in the collection and analysis of data received from the field staff to include the creation of templates, management of the collection process of data, tracking the data and special events of the staff as assigned and monitoring data while looking for and identifying trends. The AOS Analyst will assist in formatting spreadsheets, templates and all other media used in the process of data collection and analysis. The AOS Analyst is also responsible for the management of all reports as requested by the Program and Deputy Program Managers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree
  • Skill : Intermediate, 2 years in Oral Communications
