MultiLingual Solutions, Inc. (www.MLSolutions.com) is a foreign language services firm providing translation, interpretation, and innovative language and cultural instruction services and management support to both government and private sector clients throughout the world.

Position: Senior Training Analyst

Responsibilities: Provide executive-level consulting support on functions related to Cryptologic Language Training Support efforts; Provide expertise on a myriad of issues common to providing language instruction to adult learners based on operational needs; Collect, consolidate, draft and coordinate concise detailed responses to queries from executive leadership; Perform complex analysis of metrics to identify successes, best practices, and shortfalls relating to foreign language training; Provide expertise to Curriculum Managers as they respond to customer requirements to develop course Project Management Plans; Assess and document progress towards meeting client’s goal of improving the Language Readiness Index, and assist management with strategic business planning relating to language education and training at various locations.

Required Qualifications: Minimum 15 years experience in the last 20 years working as a language analyst, or managing language analysts, or managing language training, with at least 10 years of the required experience in SIGINT operations; Experience with Microsoft Office Suites; Minimum three (3) years experience with proficiency in developing and delivering program briefings, technical presentations, program documentation to upper-level Government management; Minimum three (3) years experience in preparing executive-level correspondence; Cryptologic Training, and knowledge of Language Transformation Roadmap as it relates to language training; Knowledge of available venues for language training.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Foreign Language, Area Studies, Intelligence or directly related field – an additional four (4) years of directly related experience for a total of nineteen (19) years may be substituted).

Security Clearance: Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) required
