Job Description

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years experience.
Techincal Skill Required:
Software Product Integration; Domain expertise in the user interface; Warfighter interaction, and C2BMC concept of operations. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word).

Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change. Candidate must be skilled in software integration planning and execution. Candidate must have in depth expertise in the C2BMC concept of operatons and user interface – for both COCOM and AOC. Candidate should have first hand knowledge of how the system is used operationally and in the war games and other community events. Candidate must be skilled with standard computer tools, have experience in planning and scheduling. Must have good communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting IPT leadership in the assessment of the software product for release. Active participation in integration testing prior to build release to CM. Tasking includes specialized analysis to support program and IPT issue resolution, such as assessment of updates to the DESim for Dev usage, and determining proper operations from the situational awareness perspective. Candidate will represent Dev on the C2BMC Engineering Analysis team and at the Software Control Board. Candidate will report to the spiral lead and assist the lead in SMR management, scheduling of test events, and taking lead on various issue resolution activities. In addition, candidate will perform a variety of functions associated with the business rhythms of the Development IPT that include, but are not limited to, planning and scheduling, supporting conferences and meetings, assistance with metrics, briefing preparation; and assist with documentation reviewing.
Other:
Requires travel to remote sites (COS, DC, HSV)for extended periods (as much as a month at a time).
